Transformative research meets Urban development - pnd issue 1/2022 now online
This time, pnd - rethinking planning focuses on a currently much-discussed topic: transformative research meets urban development.
Why this topic? Researchers are and will be increasingly involved in urban development processes and shape them in interaction with many other sovereign, market-based or civil society actors. This happens in all fields of action and at all levels of scale. The aim of this first issue of the pnd double issue therefore is to bring together reflections, empirical findings, theoretical approaches, but also stories of struggle and failure at the interface of transformative research and processes of local, urban and regional development.
