Administrative Actors as Designers of Multilateral Communication Processes in Integrated Urban Development

The thesis deepens the professional discourse on communicative multilateral interdisciplinary planning processes and deals with the role of administrative actors in integrated urban development projects. It shows how administrative actors can use change processes to support an evolution of process structures from 'interfaces with deficit' to 'connection points and enabling culture', thus optimizing complex, integrated projects of these and becoming more agile.
