The research training group 'Mittelstadt als Mitmachstadt' informs on research projects, the Mittelstadt network and the latest news.
The research training group 'Mittelstadt als Mitmachstadt' is progressing and, after 1.5 years, can look back on numerous activities in the context of the dissertations and the cooperation with the municipalities from our network of medium-sized cities. The PhD candidates have used the summer months of 2021 to catch up on what was not possible before: They have visited and explored cities, conducted live-interviews, organized internal meetings. Alongsides they have been busy writing their method papers. On their own website, they provide background information and report on current developments on an ongoing basis.
